The application process follows these three easy steps.

1. Enter your member information.
2. Tell us how widely you would like to share this information, if at all.
3. Pay your membership dues online.

In order to control our administrative expenses we now require online payment of your membership dues. In step 3 we will display a button that will take you to PayPal, one of the largest and most trusted names in secure online payment systems. [You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use their service; you can pay with any one of a number of major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, and American Express.]
